  No. The Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card is limited to one per customer.
• How much does Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card pack cost?
  You cannot purchase the Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card as part of this
  promotion. You must make a qualifying purchase during the promotion period while supplies last
  to get your Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card. The promo card pack will be shipped
  to you at no charge.
• When will my order ship?
  The Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card pack will ship no later than Friday, November
  17, 2023.
• How will my Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card pack ship?
  The Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card packs will be shipped via USPS. They will be shipped separately to the same shipping address used when you place your qualifying purchase.

Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One Promo Terms of Service

For any questions about purchases from TCGplayer.com, including the status of any order or inquiries regarding the return of a previously received order, you may contact TCGplayer customer support. If you already have an account with TCGplayer you can access your order information via the ‘Order History’ link associated with your TCGplayer account. Just locate the order, press the ‘Contact Seller’ button and your message will be automatically forwarded to TCGplayer Customer Service for assistance.

Starting November 3, 2023 at 9:00am EST and ending November 3, 2023 at 11:00pm EST or until supplies last orders of $75 or more will have the chance to receive an EXCLUSIVE Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo pack, containing one (1) foil Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card with their order. 9/10 packs will contain the Godzilla Day: Godzilla MinusOne extended art card and 1/10 packs will contain the Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One ‘G’ logo card.

The distribution of these promo card packs will be done at random and cannot be exchanged. The promo packs will be shipped to the first 7,500 buyers who make eligible purchases during the promotion up to (2) weeks after the promotion ends.

Purchases of sealed, singles and supplies from all your favorite sellers on TCGplayer are eligible for this promotion.Preorders are eligible for this promotion.

This promotion excludes prior purchases, gift cards, taxes and shipping. Store credit is non-transferable. Cannot be combined with any other offers.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Only one Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus one promo card pack per person and per household will be awarded. This promotion cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the recipient. TCGplayer reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute of equal or greater value if a prize described in these terms of service is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the promotion turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. TCGplayer makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any product awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. TCGplayer will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

This promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of purchase and Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus one promo card pack will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Failure to comply with the terms of service will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Promotion Details

The promotion will begin on November 3rd, 2023 at 9:00 am EST and run through November 3rd, 2023 at 11:00pm EST or until 7,500 eligible purchases are made.

Shipping Schedule

All Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card packs will be shipped no later than 11/17/2023. We will provide you with updates with respect to our shipment schedule.

Please note that delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery, or due to inclement weather, strike, incorrect address or credit card information, or other unforeseen circumstance outside of our control.

Order Cancellations

TCGplayer reserves the right to cancel any eligible order, in its sole and absolute discretion, thatthe item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the platform. If TCGplayer cancels an order placed via the platform, TCGplayer will send you anemail confirmation of such cancellation and you will receive a full refund of the purchased price without interest.

Privacy

Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the TCGplayer Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TCGPLAYER BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. IN THE EVENT TCGPLAYER IS HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE THE FULL REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE WITHOUT INTEREST.

TCGplayer assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized accessto, or theft, destruction or alteration of purchases at any point in the operation of this sale; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the sale; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo.

If for any reason, the Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sale, TCGplayer reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sale in whole or in part. In such an event, TCGplayer shall immediately suspend the promotion, and TCGplayer reserves the right to award any remaining Godzilla Day: Godzilla Minus One promo card packs in a manner deemed fair and equitable by TCGplayer. TCGplayer and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the sale
