Do I need a TCGplayer account to subscribe?
Yes, you need a TCGplayer account to access the subscription perks with an existing payment method on file. Don’t have an account? Sign up for one today. Manage your payment methods in your account here.

When do I get my $6.99 store credit?
TCGplayer will provide store credit within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email when the store credit has been added to your account. You can view your store credit by:
1. Log into your TCGplayer account.
2. Select the account icon on the top right
3. Select “Store Credit” on the left.
The next time you shop at TCGplayer, your available store credit will be automatically applied to your purchase total. If you’d rather save your credit for another time, you can deselect “Use your available store credit” during checkout.

How many extra Bonus Bucks will I earn when I sign up?
It depends on how long you’re a subscriber for. The longer you stay signed up, the more Bonus Bucks you earn! On Day 1, you get 1%, after 3 months, you get 2% and after your first year, you get 3%.

Do I get free shipping on every order?
Every order you place through Direct by TCGplayer qualifies for free shipping. If you place an order that has cards coming through Direct and non-Direct sellers, only the Direct cards will ship for free. A bonus for subscribers is that there is no order minimum to qualify for free shipping, ever!

What do you mean my order is shipped first?
As a TCGplayer Subscriber, your order is shipped first. So for example when you order Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon cards through Direct by TCGplayer, that means our Authentication Center packages and ships your orders before anyone who isn't a subscriber.
